Hi! I’m Caroline Arndt
I'm a Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES®) and the Broker/Owner of Sun Kind of Living Realty, LLC.
Throughout my years as a Florida Real Estate Broker, Wisconsin Realtor®, and Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES®), I’ve learned that buying and selling are only a small part of the resources needed during life transitions. In 2012, I co-founded a nonprofit that continues to provide preventive dental care to thousands of children in Wisconsin schools, which deepened my understanding and passion for working with families.
Before my nonprofit work, I spent six years offering ancillary care for residents in hundreds of long-term care facilities, which gave me a profound appreciation for how quickly our lives can change. Finding and understanding the unexpected resources you need can feel overwhelming and time-consuming. I’ve lived through this firsthand while caring for my aging parents, particularly my dad, who is battling advanced Parkinson’s disease.
My love for Palm Beach County began spending holidays and summers in Boynton Beach, Florida with my grandparents. Playing dominos, going to the beach and dinners with my family and their friends is where I learned age is just a number and does not hinder the formation of meaningful friendships. These experiences ignited my passion for working with seniors.
My goal is to empower you with the knowledge and tools needed to live the best possible quality of life.
