Hi! I’m Caroline Arndt

I'm a Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES®) and the Broker/Owner of Sun Kind of Living Realty, LLC.

During my past five years as a Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES®), I have realized that buying and selling needs represent just a fraction of the resources required during life transitions. In 2012 I co-founded a Nonprofit that continues to provide preventive dental care for thousands of children in Wisconsin schools which provided me with a deeper understanding of my passion for working with families.

Prior to my Nonprofit, I spent six years offering ancillary care for residents in hundreds of long-term care facilities, where I developed a deep appreciation for how quickly our lives can change. Locating and learning about unexpected resources you may suddenly need for your own or loved ones’ specific situation can feel overwhelming and time consuming. I have experienced this firsthand while caring for my aging parents, particularly my Dad who is suffering from advanced Parkinson’ Disease.

My love for Palm Beach County began spending holidays and summers in Boynton Beach, Florida with my grandparents. Playing dominos, going to the beach and dinners with my family and their friends is where I learned age is just a number and does not hinder the formation of meaningful friendships. These experiences ignited my passion for working with seniors.

My goal is to empower you with the knowledge and tools needed to not just live longer, but live healthy longer.
