Beth Jean Ember belongs to the sandwich generation, enabling her to deeply connect and empathize with others who are simultaneously caring for a child and an aging parent. Her own life journey equips her with the ability to pose pertinent questions and genuinely listen to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Beth is a natural caregiver. Starting in animal hospitals at 14 years old her focus was not only for the pets but for their owners. Her journey began at the age of 14 in animal hospitals, where her focus extended beyond the well-being of pets to include their owners. Throughout her career, her perspective has remained centered on asking crucial questions such as, “Do you understand?” “Does this suit your needs?” and “Do you have any questions?”

Despite changes in her professional journey, Beth’s empathy for people has remained steadfast. Whenever she perceives individuals being pushed rather than led, her instinct to intervene to ensure individuals are well taken care of surfaces. As a real estate Paralegal for 13 years she gravitated to first time home buyers. Recognizing their stress and confusion, she embraced her natural caregiving role, taking the time to explain processes and guiding them to trustworthy professionals known for their patience and ethical practices.

Currently, Beth dedicates herself to working with families, offering at home and remote notary services through her company Notary Near Me, LLC and aiding them in making informed decisions regarding Life Insurance and Retirement Planning. At home, she extends her caregiving role to her 92-year-old mother and her 16-year-old son. Being a member of the sandwich generation, she spends her time juggling searches for colleges and scholarships for her son, managing doctors’ appointments for her mother, all while trying to carve out moments for her own self-care. Having firsthand experience, she can empathize closely with anyone in a similar position, understanding the difficulty of managing these tasks in the midst of everyday life.

Beth is thankful that she is able to assist others in navigating the similar challenges she faces through Sun Kind of Living®. She is dedicated to discovering and sharing tips, information and resources that can help both you achieve a better balance in caring for both you and your loved ones.
