Franklin County Beaches feature more than 250 miles of Florida beaches. Almost all of the beaches in the county are pet-friendly (except Julian G. Bruce State Park beach.) St. George Island, Carrabelle Beach, Alligator Point, Dog Island and St. Vincent Island welcome leashed and well-behaved pets.

Franklin County Parks & Recreation seeks to enrich the quality of life of the citizens we serve by providing safe and accessible facilities and programs which promote physical, mental and social activities.
